At Tend, our goal is to make therapy accessible, clear, and as supportive as possible for the families and individuals we serve.

Session Fees

Standard Session Rate: $150 per session.

Sliding Scale: A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who qualify, based on income and need.

Free Consultation: We offer a complimentary 15‑minute consultation to help you see if therapy with us feels like a good fit.

Insurance Plans

We accept a variety of insurance plans that may help reduce your out‑of‑pocket costs. Accepted plans include:

  • Aetna

  • Anthem / Anthem BlueCross BlueShield

  • Blue Cross BlueShield

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Cigna / Evernorth

  • Colorado Access

  • Medicaid (including Colorado Medicaid plans)

  • Rocky Mountain Health Plans
